‘Milon’ of Palak syndicate withdraws CIRT fund without any work as single bidder
Innovazione Technologies of Masrul Alam Milon, a close aide of former state minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak, has allegedly withdrawn the fund of a project of Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) under Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC).
BCC closed the tender of supply and commissioning of Computer Software sensor commercial feed for strengthening of BGD eGOV CIRT project on 31 December of 2023.

Dcrowd IT managing director Raktim Sharma, a former leader of RUET Chhatra League, is a member of Milon syndicate who is better known as an influencer to Zunaid Ahmed Palak. Rakrim is arrested on allegation of student killing in July movement.
Innovazione Technologies has been awarded the tender worth Tk 126.5 million as single bidder. CIRT former director Mohammad Saiful Alam Khan was the chairperson of the procurement committee while senior maintenance engineer Muhammad Anwar Hossain was Member Secretary.
Allegation was found that current Project director CIRT Mr. Hossain bin Amin is trying to manage the issues in favour of Milon as he was a close associate with previously fasicst government. There was a piles of allegation towards this Amin such as getting punishment in BCC regional office in Rajshahi for financial corruption; corruption in connected BD and SQTC project in the deputy project director, ongoing tender corruption in CIRT project etc. All the corruption copy were received by TMA from an authorised source of BCC.
Regarding the issue, TMA tried to reach out Milon for comment, however, his phone found switched off.
