JCI Dhaka Ace hosts workshop with Forbes 30U30 honourees

JCI Dhaka Ace, a chapter of Junior Chamber International, recently organised a leadership workshop aimed at empowering Bangladesh’s youth with confidence, practical skills, and entrepreneurial mindset through insights from Forbes 30 Under 30 honourees.

Titled ‘Ace Talks: Leadership Masterclass featuring Forbes 30 Under 30 Honourees’, the event was held at Runner Auditorium in Dhaka, bringing together globally recognised changemakers who shared their journeys, resilience, and leadership lessons, says a press release.

“Our vision is not just to inspire dreams, but to equip youth with the tools to realise them. That’s the idea behind AceTalk,” said Kazi Rafsan, local president of JCI Dhaka Ace.

Sessions on inspirational leadership were conducted by Executive Vice President Zahid Anwar, Secretary General Muammer Mubarak, and Co-convener Shanto Jouerder. Techno Drugs Executive Director Arefeen Ahmed Raafi and Founding Local President Fahim Ahmed also attended the event.

Forbes 30 Under 30 honourees Zafir Shafiee Chowdhury and Mir Shahrukh Islam (co-founders of Bondstein), and Ishrat Karim Eve (founder of Amal Foundation) shared their experiences and international achievements. A special video message from Ayman Sadiq, founder of 10 Minute School and fellow honouree, encouraged participants to “Find your why, and the rest will follow.”

Youth Upscale Network (YUNet) partnered as the Youth Engagement Partner, facilitating broader outreach and participation among aspiring young leaders across the city.
